`Preview Unavailable` for photos

Most of the times in my machine confluence cloud not show the images, but I still can download it.
I already logged in with my correct credentials, and tried to remove all cache and tried incognito, and even tried restart the whole machine, and tested in different browser, nothing work. 

when refresh the page it appear for second then show this `Preview Unavailable`
any idea how can I fix that,

Hi @Tarek ElMalah welcome to the community.  I took a quick look on Atlassian's Jira Site and found a few tickets that may be contributing to your issue.  If any of these sound like the behavior you are experiencing, please vote for and watch them for updates.  I may not have the exact steps or environment you are using, so some of these might not apply.

@Tarek ElMalah as you have a Premium Cloud license, if you're the System Admin for your instance, I would have Atlassian Support weigh in on what's going on.
