If we want to upgrade from standard account to premium account for confluence what will be the percentage change per account wrt standard account.

Here you have the price difference for users and license types, in any case it would be ideal if you spoke with an Atlassian consultant or with whomever you acquired the licenses from to advise you on the economic difference.

Price per user depends on how many users you have - there are tiers. For example, if you have 20 users, one costs $6.05 on Standard, $11.55 on Premium.

At 300 users, Standard monthly per user is 4.89, Premium is 8.97, you do the math depending on how many users you have.

If you go for annual payments, you'll saving about 17% compared to paying monthly.

Of course, if you have a billing/solution partner, you might be able to achieve better pricing.
