Good afternoon,
I am trying to configure a connection between Confluence and Salesforce.com but I am using the cloud version, i have followed the guide step by step but when I try to upload the plugin manually, the Confluence returns a negative message stating that the plugin is not available for my instance.
What should I do?
Hello everyone,
I'm glad to announce that there we have just made Salesforce & Confluence Cloud connector available on the Atlassian Marketplace - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.servicerocket.confluence.salesforce. This connector has been built from the ground up on the Atlassian Connect platform so you can use it in your Confluence Cloud right away.
We'd love your feedback - send me an email (azwandi at servicerocket dot com) or through the feedback form available in the connector.
Cheers,
Azwandi, Product Manager
Hey Luiz,
Actually the sales force connector plugin is not allowed in Confluence Cloud, in below list you can see all the add ons you can use in Cloud:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/featured?hosting=cloud
I've also create a feature request to add Connector for salesforce plugin into Confluence cloud as a long term action.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-36935
