Please tell me how to remove ✓ from multiple action items at once.

I would like to use action items as a checklist, but it would be very helpful if you could tell me how to uncheck them all at once, as it is difficult to uncheck them manually.

unfortunately it is not a builtin feature. There is an open request for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-37184 

My suggestion is to vote and watch that ticket in order to keep up to date.
