PlantUML garbled characters in Chinese(中文乱码)

When the content is Chinese, it displays garbled characters.

Hi @Tong Huang ,

The default charset used when reading the text files containing the UML text description is system dependent.Normally, it should just be fine, but in some case, you may want to the use another charset.

As far as i know, PlantUML is a good tool for technical personnel to populate diagrams efficiently. While, this garbage characters issue is preventing massive Chinese users from using it and i hope the issue can be resolved asap!
