I have the issue that images are displayed via the helpdesk as placeholders.
When I use Chrome's analysis, I get the following messages.
Failed to run init function: Failed to read the 'localStorage' property from 'Window':
Permission is set as follows in Confluence
Question:
What can this be due to?
Does anyone know this issue
Could it be the permissions?
Maybe someone has a tip for me. The FAQ entries are only used internally in the company.
Best Regards
MW
Hello @Kalender KleinerWolf,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, I would like to know if this picture was added on a macro in Confluence.
Is it happening on all pages from the space that is linked to Service Management?
Have you tested using another browser or incognito mode?
How are the permissions in Confluence (https://xxxxxx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/spacepermissions.action?key=SPACEKEY)?
Is it affecting all customers and users?
Kind regards,
Angélica
