Does anyone know if there is a way to periodically (e.g. quarterly) send automated email notifications to a distribution list (i.e. Group) in Confluence? For example, sending an email with a link to a product release survey that folks can take?
BTW, I’m using the Forms for Confluence add-on (Adaptavist) so maybe the question goes there. But I didn't find a solution there either (e.g. “Form Mail for Confluence”).
Is it possible to create & schedule custom Confluence “Scheduled Jobs”, I didn’t see where this was possible.
@Brian Botelho You can use the notification automation feature of Better Content Archiving for Confluence for this use case on any tier, including free.
The app is primarily for content lifecycle management, but its notification automation feature can be used independently from the rest of the features (although it's highly recommended to try automatic statuses, archiving and analytics)

@Brian Botelho Reading the documentation for both cloud and data center for forms for Confluence I did not find any information on how to automate a notification about one of their forms.
If you are on Confluence Cloud Premium you could use Confluence automation to send out an email.
If you are not you might just consider using a rule within your email client to send emails out about the specific page.
