We are using PageTree in Confluence to present a list of articles in a section, as well as a search box for that section. This all works fine on desktop, but in mobile (Safari on iPhone 13 in this case) the search box and list of articles are missing. We need them, because the sidebar listing articles does not appear in mobile, and even if it does, we still need the search box. The search button graphic does display, but it us not active, so this appears to be some scripting incompatibility with Safari. Does anyone know if there is a workaround or patch for this. Thanks in advance!
You can see an example of this here: https://library.roguewave.com/display/SUPPORT/Zend+Server+for+IBM+i
Works OK in desktop mode, but not in mobile.
Hi @rodflohr,
Welcome to Atlassian community!
Unfortunately "Page tree view" on Confluence Mobile View is not available, please see CONFCLOUD-46385. You can Vote for this feature.

Really? I looked at that link, and I can see that another customer posted that the scripting was just omitted in the mobile view, probably on purpose. It seems they were able to restore the feature in mobile view just by adding the few missing lines of script back in. PageTree is obviously omitted on purpose in mobile view, and could be left in. How hard can it be to simply not do the extra step to omit it? It's just a list of things, with plenty of room for it to display where we have it. All that has to happen is for you to just stop breaking it.
