Page editor tool tips do not display

When editing a confluence page, the page editor tools across the top of the page do not have tool tips that explain what each tool tip does. Is there a setting to turn those on? I dont see any documentation for that.

Hi Craig, is this something that happens for every user?  Do you get the tool tips if you use another browser?  Are there any add-ons turned on in your browser?  You may want to try disabling them temporarily.  Do you have a different zoom level set that causes weird things too.  I found a similar article here that mentioned contacting support.  I would suggest after checking those other items, to contact them. They might have an idea what is causing it.

Hi, it seems to be happening for other users (was reported to me by someone else, so at least 2 people).

I tried turning off my add ons, didnt seem to make a difference.

Zoom did not affect it.
