Page appear empty in editing mode

We have an issue with some pages. We can read the page content in read mode, but if we change to editing mode, the page appears empty.

Any idea to solve this?

Hi @Andreas Freese ,

Difficult to give you a straight answer.

  • Can you confirm you don't have included the "include page" macro?
  • If you hit F12 (developer tools), do you see any errors?
  • Are there maybe some invalid characters included?

Please share a bit more information, maybe screenshots. On the other hand, you are on the standard plan, and you can ask Atlassian directly as this is a very specific problem.

Hi @Bert van Dijk _TMC_nl_

Thank you for your answer.

  • There is no "include page" macro used.
  • I don't see any errors on the page
  • And I see no invalid charaters on the page.

Hi @Andreas Freese ,

Then please reach out to Atlassian support. The only thing you can try is to clear all the browser history, cookies, etc. Or try a different browser. But since your originally post was based on "we", I assumed multiple users are affected.
