Page Properties report not updating

I have created a small page properties report to pull data from tables on a few pages. (So, status reports pulling into a projects dashboard view)

The required details as per columns selected have pulled through, however if I make a change to the values in the source tables, the changes are not being reflected in the dashboard view.. any ideas?

Do the changes appear after some time, say 10 minutes? There is often a lag with the Cloud version (as with many Cloud apps). Also check that you cleared caches for the page when you view.

Thanks, but this is over a long period of time - just never updating...

Then all I can say is to try a test to see if you can replicate the behaviour, and maybe file a support case.

It may also be that you will have to delete your instances and try again.
