Page Properties Report macro very slow

I have quite a small amount of resources being called via the page properties report macro (approx 30) and often when I load the page where this macro exists is can take up to a minute to load. It just says 'generating page properties report' for quite a long time. Is this a known issue? It's a real barrier to use. My users scroll down the page looking for content and they're not seeing it.

We had the same experience when pulling in project information after migrating to the cloud.

We found the page properties report and excerpt include macros would load faster if those target pages were not using 3rd party macros.

Could you supply an example of one of your target pages?

I would also suggest opening a case with Atlassian support so they can investigate and supply recommendations.

Cheers,

Jonathan
