After attaching a PDF to a page and using the PDF macro to display it, the preview image rendered is broken. For example, I have a single page PDF export of a Lucidchart which has various shapes and text in it. However, the only thing rendered is one single rectangular shape, as shown in the screenshot below. However, if I open the Attachments page and click on the PDF, it renders it correctly with a different viewer.
So is the problem with the PDF macro or my PDF file? If it's the macro, I should report as a bug? If it's my PDF, is there anything I can do to fix it? (I'm thinking like load it into a PDF editor and re-export it or something?)
Thanks
Hi Chandler, looking at Atlassian's Jira site (https://jira.atlassian.com/ ), I found this issue: CONFSERVER-59976
Feel free to vote for and watch it. There are a couple of similar ones, but I thought this was closest.
Hope that helps.
