PDF Macro - default to full screen when user lands on page?

Hello!

When I use the PDF macro to display a PDF file on my page, it initially displays to the user too small to read and doesn't take up the whole page.  I would like to either increase the size of the displayed PDF on page or I would like it to automatically launch in full screen mode.  Does anyone know a wiki markup or html command to do this?

You can make it display pretty big on the page by just adjusting the pixels on the macro:

Hi Ann.

Thank you for your response!  I am using Confluence 6.1.1.  When I edit a PDF that was inserted using the PDF macro, the edit tool does not provide the same formatting options (like pixel control) as it does with images.  I only get this:
