PDF Export doesn't retain image justfications

I have center-justified many of my images within our technical documentation; however, when I export the page, all images are left justified. How do I keep the image justification retained on export?

First, I had to actually insert the center justification macro and put the image inside of it.

Then, if there was much other formatting of text before the image, I would have to put the actual text into an align macro, with a left justification.

It doesn't seem that the RTE's actually justification toolbar options are appropriately applying the justification tags correctly since I'm having to manually insert these macros.
