I've gone through https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Creating+PDF+in+Another+Language article however the link that it leads me (https://<account_name>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/flyingpdf/configurepdflanguagesupport.action) ends up with a screen saying that I'm not allowed to content of the page I've requested. BTW, I have administrative rights on the app. (http://cl.ly/image/280L3O3B410Q)
Is there anyone who can help me?

OnDemand customers don't actually have access to that link. However, you can raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com and ask an engineer to do that for you.
The documentation fails to mention that this is restricted to users, so I've filed a ticket at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD-6425 to have that fixed in the near future.
