Origin URI where HTML code embedded in "Confluence HTML Marco" execute?

Dear Confluence Team

Could you please advise the origin URI where HTML code (embedded in "Confluence HTML Marco") would execute?

My HTML code (to be embedded in "Confluence HTML Marco") requires this origin URI to complete the software flow.

Previously (about 3 months ago), my HTML code (embedded in the HTML Macro) successfully extracted this origin URI as "https://html-addon-bitwelt.herokuapp.com"

However, currently the origin URI is shown incorrectly as "storagerelay://about/?id=auth804507" 

Could you please advise how to fix it?
