Hello, Can someone tell me how I reach the online chat support? I was chatting with an agent earlier (Chat popped up on my screen) and need to follow up, however, I cannot find the option to connect with Chat anywhere. Not sure what I am missing
Hi @Brian Wolverton welcome to the community! I know you can get to the chat at the bottom of creating a support ticket. I don't know if that gets you back to where you were, but it's a start.
