OnDemand Confluence: colour of text and background in tables

How do you change the default colour of text and background in header rows and columns in a table in confluence ondemand? I cannot access the CSS

The help site says there is a menu option Confluence Admin -> Stylesheet, but this is not available.

For text highlight the text and then clikc the color change button. (see the image below)

For table background select the cell(s) that you want to change and then click the table background color button. (see image below).

I understand this. Perhaps I should have been clearer.

I want to change the "default" style of tables...which I understand you can do through css. I want to know how to do this.
