Confluence Spaces exist within a Confluence Product. The Confluence Product is accessed through a Site with a URL something like this:
https://yourCompany.atlassian.net/wiki
Are you sure you are accessing the right site?
Are you still able to get access to the Confluence product? Do you see the menu options for the Confluence product, such as Spaces, Teams, and Apps?
If you select the Spaces menu and then the View All Spaces option, do you see a list of spaces?
