2 questions:
1) In my.atlassian.com, the license durin the trial states Crucible Unlimited Users: Evaluation. I want to make sure that if we continue using the product, we are only charged for the # of users we need.
2) We have 6 developers who need to use Crucible. It's kind of painful that the On Demand Starter version of Crucible allows up to 10 users, but the self-hosted version only allows 5. Our budget definitely doesn't allow for $800 right now, and I can't really justify $10 for 5 users + $790 for 1 more user to our finance department. Is there some way to amortize the cost of a single extra developer, or to bring the # of users for the self-hosted version inline with the on-demand version?
Hi Gabriel,
1) The evaluation won't charge you automatically. Once you purchase a commercial or starter license, you can simply replace the evaluation key with the new, paid key. All of your data will remain, and a restart of Crucible is not required.
2) We can't issue license keys for user tiers that are not included on the site. You could turn on anonymous access for that 6th user - he would be able to view Crucible data but wouldn't be able to be a part of reviews:

The prices and tiers listed on the site are non-negotiable, I'm afraid.
