Dear Community,
I am quite new to Confluence and I have a question.
We use Confluence to share data with an international team. Mostly .pdf or .ppt files.
I like to report the growth of the number of documents that are published there on a monthly base. Is there a functionality available that shows the number of "documents" uploaded to a space?
Thanks
Hello @Christian Böttger ,
Welcome to the community.
Yes, there are several apps in the marketplace that provide inside in your Confluence Cloud usage and you can find here an overview.
If you are interested in more details about the mentioned documents, for example, how many times and who viewed or downloaded them, I can recommend our app Viewtracker, which comes with various reports. These include an Attachment Report for a general overview and the Content & Usage Report for more analysis.
Kind regards,
Mattia
There are a few apps that provide reports for Confluence, but if you need nothing else, only the number of attachments per space, then this could be handy: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1224662/usage-statistics-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
