Whenever I update the link to Jira ticket in confluence page, the jira ticket will have the link to confluence page.
What I want is "If I update the link to Jira ticket in confluence page, the jira ticket will not have the link to confluence page". How do I achieve this ?
You can paste just the link inside your page like the following:
On my instance, even after reloading the page twice, there wasn't any linking to confluence.
I tried this. I have past link in side the confluence page. As soon as I publish the page, the link appeared in Jira.
It is not behaving as you suggested.

Sorry to hear this, because as I said, on my instance it's working and as you can clearly see, my page is published. Follow the steps as shown in the below gif I've created:

It is working. The confluence page link is not visible in Jira Ticket.
But, it doesn't show Jira ticket summary and status in confluence page.

@Yatin Shingala no, it doesn't show because it is not linked. Once linked you will see both connections. You can't really have what you ask, that is to have all info from the Jira issue in Confluence, but not to have a confluence link to Jira.
