Hi everyone,
I'm a space admin and creator. One of our team members has requested access to that space. The other admins received an email notification on "request access to space," but I didn't receive it.
Do you have any idea what could be the reason? I cannot find any email settings related to this.
I've tested this with another space and user, and I've received the email for this.
I just want to make sure I receive all access requests.

I was able to find this Article where it's mentioned email will only be sent to 5 users from the space admins list.

It's an odd experience, though. This space has 3 other admins besides me, which means it must have picked only 1 admin.

Here are a few things you might want to check:
Check Space Permissions: Make sure you still have full admin rights for the specific space. Sometimes, a change in permissions might prevent notifications from being sent to certain admins.
Email Filters: Double-check if the email might have landed in your spam/junk folder or if there's a filter/rule set up in your inbox that could be diverting these notifications somewhere else.
Notification Settings: Even though you mentioned you couldn't find email settings specific to this, it’s worth verifying your Confluence notification preferences in your profile to ensure nothing got turned off accidentally.
Compare Permissions with Other Admins: Since the other admins got the email, you could compare your space admin permissions with theirs to see if there are any differences.
If none of this works, a quick recheck of your Confluence admin settings or reaching out to your Confluence admin for assistance might help solve the Problem!
