Not receiving Email notifications

Hello.

I have stopped receiving emails when people @ me on comments.

But I am still receiving the Daily digest emails and emails when people resolve comments.

Does anyone know / have any idea why the emails have stopped?

Hi Catherine,

 

If my understanding is correct, Please follow the below steps and let me know if this works:-

 

1.Check Confluence Notification Settings: Log in to your Confluence account and navigate to your notification settings. Make sure that the option to receive emails when mentioned in comments is enabled.

2.Spam or Junk Folder: Similar to other email issues, sometimes emails from Confluence can end up in the spam or junk folder. Check those folders to see if the emails are being filtered there.

3.Verify Email Configuration: Ensure that your email configuration within Confluence is correctly set up. Sometimes, changes in email configurations can affect the delivery of specific types of emails.
