I am trying to set my pages to full width, as described in this article, but neither the site-admin option nor the "non-site-admin" option are working:
Is there anything else I need to activate first or does this simply not work in the cloud?
Thanks!
One more thing to look at would be as the admin to look under Administrator / Products / Sites & Products / (Pick Your Site). Then under Application Settings / Confluence / Configuration / Further Configuration / I have a 'Editor Full-width' checkbox which I have enabled. it says it makes it full width as the default for new pages. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.
Thanks, unfortunately I am not able to enable this either (please see the attached screenshot).

Hi @David Kesselheim welcome to the community! I believe you're doing it right. It's working in my Confluence site. It should only default on new pages, it won't change existing ones.
Can you manually change individual pages. You should have that icon in the upper right of your page. If you change that, does the change save?
Have you tried different browsers by any chance?

Hi @Dan Breyen
Thank you! Unfortunately I can't change the width on pages either.
I can't even enable the options, there is this red "no no" sign when hovering over the option (as shown in the picture).

@David Kesselheim I haven't looked at this before, but I am also unable to select any of the checkboxes on this page. I found this page regarding these settings to be completely unhelpful: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/edit-your-user-settings/
I am a Space Admin, but that seems like it should be irrelevant, since these are my personal user settings for my account and are not related to any particular space.
@Dan Breyen You seem to be able to use these checkboxes. Do you know if there is some Site Admin setting that turns these off for people in the Site?
