Hi

I have written down documentation on an atlassian cloud page. For this documentation, I would like to refer to an existing ticket on Jira.
But when searching for the ticket using the add jira ticket popup, it always gives an error message saying it cannot find the ticket. So I can't link to documentation and vice versa.

Does this also happen to you or how did you solve this?

Hi Nicolas

welcome to the Atlassian community.

Just did a quick check, works fine on my instance.

Just to be on the safe side, you do have access to the corresponding Jira project and issues?

If yes, did you try simple copy the url of the jira issue into your confluence page like

https://YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/browse/ISSUEID-1. Does that work?

Cheers

Kurt
