Not able to successfully insert Status Macro in my page

I am using Confluence Could trial version. When I try to insert a status macro into my page, it displays the macro for a fraction of second and then disappears. It comes and goes so fast that  am not able to enter or work on it at all.

I managed to get a screenshot from a screen video recorder. I use "/Status" to insert the macro

and then the below appears and then disappears so quickly that I cannot do anything.

Why is it not working for me? What am I missing here? Any help is appreciated.

Does the same thing happen when you insert the macro via the menu? The keyboard shortcut for inserting a macro is { and not /.

Speeding up macro entry with autocomplete: Type { and the beginning of the macro name, to see a list of suggested macros. Details are in Keyboard Shortcuts, Markdown, and Autocomplete.

I too having the same issue. It disappear when I try to enter something in the Status macro
