Not able to create "tabs" in confluence page is there any alternate option where I can create tabs under page

You have options such as a dedicated app designed solely for managing tabs, as suggested by Rodrigo, or something like Tabs for Confluence.

Alternatively, you can explore solutions that offer a comprehensive range of content formatting features like cards, numbered headings, buttons, tooltips, and more. One example is the Content Formatting Macros for Confluence app. The choice of tool depends on what works best for your team.

Tabs are, unfortunately, not part of Confluence's default tools. One possibility to obtain this functionality is via third-party apps from the Atlassian Marketplace.
