Hi guys ,
I need to configure 0auth for my jira application(Need a connection between "aravindcds.atlassian.net" and "https://mydomain.com" to access jira API) .
But when I'm trying to configuring , I'm stuck up with "https://aravindcds.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/applinks/listApplicationLinks" page which asks for "Create new links" . What should I give there .... I tried giving "https://mydomain.com" but it shows "No response was received from the URL you entered - it may not be valid. Please fix the URL below, if needed, and click Continue." as response .
Is it a normal error or should I give a valid url ?
If possible please explain further steps to configure it completely
Thanks !!
Hello Aravind, yes, you should give a valid Jira URL, if you want to connect Confluence to Jira.
The invalid response is shown when Confluence does not find any valid Jira instance on the other end of the link.
If you have a valid Jira link, just add it in there, and the setup will proceed to redirect you to the Jira instance to complete the link from Jira, back to Confluence.
You will have to be an admin on both instances to do this.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
