No Access to Confluence pages

Please can someone explain why my users get the message?

Do i need to make them part of the confluence-user group?

Possibly.

Check the space permissions to see who can use (see pages in) the space.  You might need to add them to groups in there, or add them directly to the space permissions.  And possibly add them to confluence-users to let them log in.

The issue was related to the space permissions.

In addition to previously mentioned, check restricted pages.

Also, users must have access to the parent page in order to access a child page.

Yes, First user should be in Confluence user group which is default group when user get access to confluence.

Then check Space permission for other access.
