Dear All ..
The following looks like near impossible with my exploring knowledge so far with
'Table from CSV, Office Excel Macro, Spreadsheet macro' etc ..
My ask is:
I have a Capacity plan in my Excel which will be updated on weekly basis .. now, there is a need for me to reflect the same in Confluence page(Table) ..
in short, every week ..
When the Excel gets updated, the same data should be Automatically updated in the Confluence Page as well ..
Initially, i thot that this is not a big ask but after quite tryouts .. it looks like near impossible (atleast for me) ..
If one of you can really help/solve on this, i can save my Excel with your name :) .. HELP pls
Hi @Ramu ,
The Table from CSV macro reflects the current state of your Google Sheets. So, if your Excel file is not a local file on your computer but a Google Spreadsheet, then you'll be able to connect your file to the macro and synchronize them.
The Table Spreadsheet macro was initially designed not to keep anything on local computers but to store your data and work with Excel-like functions right in Confluence.
Seems that's all we can help you with. If these options don't suit you, you may update your attachment manually every week or try to write any custom scripts or smth.
Thank you ..
so you mean to say .. as of now in Confluence we don't have any feature or alternative way to get this done ..
Hope ..in future .. this should be simple thro some options .. Thx again ...
Vijay
