I am an org admin and need to change a user's last name.

I sent a request to update information to the user and the email says "Your Atlassian Cloud admin would like you to change some details of your Atlassian account."  The user clicks the Change Details button and it returns a Managed Account error saying "Your account is managed. Contact your administrator to change your email address."

The user also independently tried to change details and is able to change their Public Name but not their Full Name.  The system says "Full name is set by your admin.", which I think should be me (along with a few others), but I don't know what to do.

In the Admin Console, go to Directory > Managed Accounts.

Thank you.  When I do that I get this message:

Managed accounts are more secure

When you manage accounts, you can apply authentication policies, update account details, reset passwords, and even log everyone out if necessary.

Before you can manage accounts, you need to verify the domain to take ownership of the accounts. Once that’s done, if someone has an email address that matches your domain, you can claim and manage their account.

I clicked the "View domains" button

Level up your organization's security

You need to verify that you own your company’s domain before you can claim and manage your users’ Atlassian accounts.

Managed accounts are more secure. When you manage accounts, you can apply authentication policies, update account details, reset passwords, and even log everyone out if necessary.

I clicked the "Verify your company domain" button and got a window explaining the process. Then when I try to follow the verify domain process, I'm asked to add a domain but I don't know the information that is being requested.
