@Monica Li

You need to use proper HTML in this box.  <p>Welcome to our Agile Playground<img src="FULL IMAGE URL" alt="Banner"></p>

Just replace FULL IMAGE URL with your images url.

@Brant Schroeder

I would like to see Confluence be consistent with proper HTML.

In this particular scenario, the suggestion doesn't work. And what was not working works now without any changes.

Just wondering that my issue could be browser related..

I have Confluence 7.11.6 and

Confluence Plugin 2.7.34

Thanks anyway for the response.

@Monica Li

Sorry I was providing an answer for custom HTML and should have read the question more clearly.

The section you are asking about uses Wiki Markup. This has not changed and has been consistent.  If it changed after an upgrade I would assume it is the browser's cache that is causing the issue.  It is always a good idea to clear your cache after an upgrade to ensure you are getting the latest files.
