Just replace FULL IMAGE URL with your images url.
I would like to see Confluence be consistent with proper HTML.
In this particular scenario, the suggestion doesn't work. And what was not working works now without any changes.

Sorry I was providing an answer for custom HTML and should have read the question more clearly.
The section you are asking about uses Wiki Markup. This has not changed and has been consistent. If it changed after an upgrade I would assume it is the browser's cache that is causing the issue. It is always a good idea to clear your cache after an upgrade to ensure you are getting the latest files.
