I have tried to following steps to resolve.
1. Removed the page properties report
2. Readded it

I am trying to show a specific list of project plans that are associated to a parent/ancestor page using the filter option on the page properties report. Even without the filter it is sitll not pulling in new project plans that have the label.

I'm having the same problem- we have different reports for pages with different ancestors, but find that the reports don't update unless you republish the page that is pulling through to the wrong report.

One thing you must make sure is that the page properties macro is on all pages you want to pull into the page properties report.
