If my email is comprimised and my prodcut is deleted how can I restore the content? I have such a warning "doesn't have access to Confluence on oldcompany.atlassian.net."
My previous workspace is eriktronik.atlassian.net.
If your product has been deleted and u need it restored, you'll need to get in touch with the Atlassian support.

If one of your old user is no longer accessible would suggest asking your Org Admin to reset the password(if you don't have Saml). But if you've been granted a new email, then that email unfortunately cannot be merged with the old one, you'll need a new Atlassian user for that.
