Dear Community,
recently I created a confiforms app consisting of 3 Pages in confluence. One page essentially contains the master data, the other page is used for registration and the third page is used for evaluation. For reasons of GDPR we need multiple instances of this app, since all 4 tables contain sensitive data.
Is it possible to copy these 3 pages inside the same instance of confluence without interferences between the different apps? I know that I must change the entry "Page where the ConfiForms Form is defined" in the other instances of the app for otherwise all apps would share the same master data.
But all form definitions etc. also contain a macro-id. If I simply copy the storage format from one page to another, this macro-id is also copied as-is. Could this lead to problems?
Any help greatly appreciated
Peter
Page storage format is the macro configuration
So, when you copy a page you copy a form's configuration. f course if you have fields that reference other forms/fields then after copying they will still reference those, so you will need to reconfigure those to be linked to "new fields and forms"
