We are glad to be able to edit any file format with any browser directly in Confluence 6.11.
Still if two or more users are editing a same document (Word for instance), after saving and uploading, two or more versions of the document are created in the Attached files page. Unlike in version 6.7 there seems to be no possibility to merge all the modifications made by users in a single document. Is it a normal behaviour? Any further developments to enhance multi-user editing?

Thanks but it only deals with collaborative editing of Confluence pages.
It does not deal with collaborative editing with attached files.
I see. You might need a third party plugin.
OK I see. Atlassian is not likely to implement this feature.
I have to resort to using third party plugins. Do those still exist?
