Hi, our Attlasian licence is just about to expire - before we prolong it we wanted to verify an otpion of joining the content and licence with our partner. If they have free licences, can we move the whole content of our pages to their account?
What do you mean by "free licences"?
In Atlassian Cloud there are the "Free" plans for products which means sites using a product on a Free plan can have only a limited number of users and may not have all the same functionality that is available to the same product on a paid plan. Refer to this page for more information on the differences between free plans and paid plans:
https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/pricing
If you have a paid plan that will expire you can move the content to another Confluence Cloud site, but you may lose some of the functionality you had access to if the destination site is not on the same plan level or does not have the same third party apps installed.
Also take a look at this document to be aware of how long you will have access to your data if you do not renew your subscription. You will need to plan the move accordingly.
Hi @Iwona Rusinska and welcome,
you can move spaces from an instance to another. In order to do that please read the following how-to guide https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-a-confluence-cloud-space/
Hope this helps,
Fabio
