I need to move Confluence pages and spaces across 2 Confluence instances.
My Atlassian id is not the same in both places.
Also do I need admin privileges in the destination Confluence?
You would need to check out the Marketplace for possible solutions as there is not a native means of achieving this. Many apps provide free trials. Of course you could consider copying and pasting but that will be time consuming.
If you have sufficient permissions (export space in Source, Admin in Target), you can export your space as XML (CSV is supported too I think for Cloud) and import it to your new instance.
I did that multiple times as I used to set up a proof of concept in my own Confluence and then did export/import into the client's setup.
You can also look at Space Sync for Confluence by Ricksoft which allows you to sync content between multiple spaces across multiple Confluence sites (including bi-directional sync).

Thanks Kristina.
That is what I wanted to do - do a proof of concept in my own confluence and then move it to the client's setup.
Unfortunately, I am not going to have admin permissions on target. So this option is ruled out.

@LakshmiS You can get the admin of the target Confluence an account on your Confluence with permissions to export.
You don't have to make them an admin. Once they export the space from your Confluence, they import it to their own.
Then you remove them as a user.

Hello @LakshmiS ,
All the above replies are a nice way to go.
Just FYI: for some testing or other purposes REST API client can be used with not much effort to copy the page(s) between instances.

I guess this option also assumes admin privileges on the target space. So not sure it would work either.
I was hoping that if I was a space owner on both Confluence instances, there was a way to move/copy pages across them.

@LakshmiS Are both the source and target Cloud instances? This would affect how you might export and import.
I would suggest that you work with an admin for the target instance to ensure that everything is configured correctly for you to do this. They may already have a process to follow, which may include that they do the importing, instead of you.
