We are having an issue with the Mockflow Annotate Pro Macro Images displaying on our Confluence pages. The images can be edited when editing the pages but not displayed. Images are not displaying in the Aura Child Tab Groups or in the Layouts
We have contacted the product vendor but have received no reply.
Hello Barry,
Ensure that you click on 'Post' after annotating the image. If you are facing this issue in spite of following the right workflow, please let us know, and we will look into it as soon as possible.
Best,
MockFlow Team
Hello Prabhuram,
Thanks for your reply.
We have been using Mockflow for a while now and our images have stopped displaying since Wednesday morning between 10 - 11 am GMT of last week. We have more than 100 annotated images on multiple pages and have had no problem up until last week.
Can you check this out further for us please?
Kind regards,
Barry Ferguson

Hello Barry,
We have done multiple checks at our end and are unable to reproduce the issue. In order to rule out any possible network-related issues, could you switch your ISP and check once?
Best,
MockFlow Team

Hello Prabhuram,
I am on a Organisation VPN here, and have logged into Atlassian/Confluence on my personal Wi-Fi on an external computer and received the same result. And on Mobile Data which is a different ISP on Phone, same result.
Kind regards,

Hello Prabhuram,
Is there any update on this issue, or could I get a possible timeline for when this issue will be fixed please?

Hello Prabhuram,
Just letting you know the Annotations are back in our Confluence.
Can you let us know what the issue was?

Hi Barry,
Sorry about the issue,
We recently did an update to comply with new Atlassian API guidelines which could have caused this issue. For now that update has been reverted and will be re-deployed once all scenarios are checked.
Thanks for your patience
Prabhuram
