The problem didn’t occur last week. This week, no matter how many times I reinstall the iOS app, the page above keeps coming up right after I finish authentication of my Microsoft account.
The message says, “A problem occurred while loading the content. Please swipe down to try again.” However, nothing happens but a loading icon appears and disappears. What should I do now? I can’t proceed anymore.
