Hello,
One of our administrators mistakenly removed support for Confluence Cloud from our Atlassian Cloud account. As a consequence, all of our previous documents and spaces are throwing a 404. Is there any way in which this data can be restored, perhaps using internal Atlassian backups?
Hello @Francesco Colonnese
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
I'm sorry to hear this. How long ago did they cancel the subscription?
As per this page
https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-your-site-subscription/
...you have two weeks to reactivate a cancelled product subscription. If you are within that two week window, your administrators need to contact Atlassian Support directly as soon as possible to get the site reactivated.
Hi,
This happened today.
I've created a support ticket, but received no response so far. Thanks.
