Minimum and maximum width in pixels for a confluence page

Abhir Joshi March 13, 2014

With the column macro, I can set the width in pixels for my confluence page. This limits its width and makes the content easier to read on high resolution wide screens.

But if the browser window is resized and made smaller, I want the width of my page to become smaller until a certain limit.

For example, I can set the column macro width to "1024px". But I want the width to reduce upto about 700px if the browser window is resized.

Abhir,

It looks like you are looking for a min-width style on your colum.

http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_dim_min-width.asp

You could try injecting your own custom css into the page.

Unfortunately, there is no way that one can reliably attach a class or id to an element in the WYSISYG editor. So all of your coumns may inherit this style.
