Migrating documents from MS Teams to Confluence

Could anyone help me how to migrate docs from MS Teams to Confluence

In Microsoft Teams, locate the documents you want to migrate, Download each document to your local machine or OneDrive. Depending on your setup, you may be able to export multiple documents at once or need to download them individually.
Log in to your Confluence instance and navigate to the space where you want to import the documents.

Click on the "+" button or the "Create" button to create a new page then choose the appropriate content type (e.g., "File") and upload the documents from your local machine ,Once the documents are uploaded, organize them into appropriate pages or folders within Confluence
