I wish to migrate multiple files (docs, xls, pdf etc) from Google Drive to Confluence Page.
The challenges I am facing are-
1. There are many folders/subfolders on Google Drive where these files are scattered.
2. Since I am doing away with Google Drive I wish to amend/update these files on Confluence i.e. Confluence becomes my only source of truth
Can you folks help, please.
Thanks!

Confluence is a wiki, not a file storage system. It has no concept of "folders for files" and attached files are very much subordinate to the pages of useful content for your readers.
There's nothing wrong with trying to get all your files into Confluence if they are useful to support your actual content. But it might not do what you imagine.
I think we need to get a bit more detail about what you are trying to achieve.
If it's just "copy everything we have in drive to a different place", yes, you can do it in Confluence, but it's not a good place just to dump files.
But if you're trying to translate old data into a new shape, then we'll need to get some more info

Yes, that's right there's no folder concept of confluence but I was wondering if we can have anything on those lines.
What I wish to do is to have all those files in confluence so that we don't have to go to Google Drive for adding/amending/deleting.
Now the challenge is there are some 1000 files (xls, pdf, word doc etc) for multiple clients (hence we can't have all those files at one place since client data is confidential).
If there was a single excel or doc I would have replicated it on the confluence. I could to the same for lets say 10-20 documents. But what shall I do if I have 1000 such documents.
Hope this clarifies my query. Pls feel free to comment.

Kritarth

Ok, so you will need to design a Confluence space and page structure that suits your need to differentiate between clients and then build something that can attach the right files to the right pages.
