I'm new to Confluence. We have a consolidated list of actions from a growing number of meeting pages. I would like to add a dashboard above the actions which shows things like how many are unassigned, or how long actions have been open. How do I do this?
@bobbi.davis Welcome to the Atlassian community
You can use the task report macro to identify specific tasks based on the criteria you put into the macro. It will not give you the information you are asking for though. Tasks are really a great way to track week to week deliverables in meetings that are lower level and not critical. If you have items that need to be tracked over time, are part of a project or are critical I would suggest making those tasks into Jira issues so they can be tracked in the ways that you have specified above. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-task-report-macro/

Hi Brant, By the time you answered I had unfortunately moved on to a different tool to do what I needed so I can't test your answer.
