As Kristian previously mentioned, Confluence Databases are currently the only native option for creating the report you're looking for.
Our Viewtracker app is another alternative if you want to avoid the manual effort of creating and managing a database. With the Content & Usage Report and its filters, you can view the desired data with just a few clicks.

One of the ways to do it is with Confluence Databases.
Create a DB in a space with all pages (see my Community article for info how to do that easily), set up last updated / created columns and then simply sort out / filter the pages.
There are apps that could give you that data (Pages Manager by Riksoft, Panaroma by Kolekti...)
I cannot look into Confluence Premium analytics options now, but there may be something there too.
