i tried to use the funcition "uptdate the published page", then i get the message "There was an error processing the request" and the process fails.

What can i do in this situation?

Thank you for reaching out to us! How frustrating it must be to be getting this error when you want to publish an update. Let's see what we can find out about the error.

Can you tell me the following:

  1. Your Confluence version
  2. Does this occur with all pages?
  3. Does this occur for all users?
  4. When did this start happening?
  5. Your database version
  6. Lastly, please check your Confluence server logs while triggering the error, and let us know what error exactly is causing that message.
