Mermaid Diagrams no longer working

Today all my Mermaid diagrams stopped working, and the plugin is no longer working. I am getting an error like this when I try to view or edit them:

 

The requested URL /viewer.html?pageId=9043980&filename=QQ+ERD&revision=7&xdm_e=https%3A%2F%2Fmwcomponents.atlassian.net&xdm_c=channel-com.stratusaddons.confluence.plugins.mermaid__mermaid-cloud9045972484329826116&cp=%2Fwiki&xdm_deprecated_addon_key_do_not_use=com.stratusaddons.confluence.plugins.mermaid&lic=none&cv=1000.0.0-c0c3885d7922 was not found on this server.

I had to update the plugin on the account to make it work again.

It took me a minute to find. Go to Settings (the gear in the upper right next to your profile icon), then Manage Apps and look for the update button by Mermaid Diagrams for Confluence.

I'm seeing this issue as well, but do not have an update button when I go to Manage Apps -> Mermaid Diagrams for Confluence.  I only see an uninstall button.  Any advice?
